Kienzle machine terminal 2480 (used, reconditioned)
The machine terminal 2480 can be utilised either autonomously or in online operation. It offers 15 digital, opto-decoupled inputs and the capture of up to three production quantities. It additionally features the definiton of up to 20 machine stoppage reasons, the registration of up to two machine states parallel to production time or a machine stoppage.

The Machine Terminal 2430 can be used online. It has a flexible, parameterizable application program for a wide variety of applications. For machine utilization analysis, 15 digital, opto-decoupled inputs, a recording of up to 3 production quantities, a definition of up to 20 reasons for machine downtime or a registration of up to 2 machine states parallel to the production time or a machine downtime are available.
KIENZLE 2450
Kienzle Machine Terminal 2450 (used, reconditioned)
The machine terminal can record 2 production quantities, production time, non-justified downtime and 10 stoppage reasons, either online or autonomous. Through the keypad of the machine terminal, order number, personnel number, tool number and reason for interruption etc. can be recorded with the possibility of control via a display. In addition, all recorded status changes on the machines such as start of work, start of production, start of interruption, end of interruption, restart of production, quantity progress with time and quantity information can be displayed.
Online connection of the KIENZLE terminals to an MES system
If you are satisfied with your KIENZLE devices and do not want to invest in further hardware, you can also connect your KIENZLE machine terminals to our PROKienzle MES system to view your production in real time and evaluate the current process according to any criteria.
