BDE Engineering GmbH takes over all ADC/MDC activities of KIENZLE Automotive from Mülheim/Ruhr

The acquisition of over 300 KIENZLE Automotive BDE/MDE customers by BDE Engineering GmbH impressively underscores the long-standing growth strategy of the global MES provider from the Weserbergland.

With the acquisition, over 1,400 customers in 22 countries use BDE Engineering’s solutions on over 40,000 machines. Customer support will be seamlessly integrated into the existing customer support system. Only the contact person will change. The existing KIENZLE and UT10/20 hardware will continue to be supported.

With its modern and modular MES system PROefficient, which integrates the existing KIENZLE and UT 10/20 terminals and, upon request, can be supplemented with additional standard software modules, BDE Engineering  offers the basis for its customers’ digital future. Of course, the existing hardware will continue to be produced and delivered, as well as modern touch terminals, accessories, and repairs.

Current buzzwords related to Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory, such as the Smart Factory, will also be discussed. New customers can learn more about BDE Engineering’s latest innovations, such as online machine data acquisition, ANDON monitoring, paperless production, mobile devices, graphical planning boards, OEE/KPI, predictive maintenance, and energy measurement.
