as the year draws to a close and the Christmas season approaches, we want to look back and say thank you. Thank you for the many conversations, ideas, and collaborative efforts that have shaped this year. Together, we have made manufacturing processes more digital, efficient, and future-proof.
Last year was dominated by one central question for us:
How can we improve our collaboration with our customers?
Based on this ambition, we consistently thought ahead to 2025 – with a clear focus on more efficient processes.
We have implemented our digital ALM system and our risk management system for many customers. Requirements and tickets related to our MES suite can now be recorded transparently and digitally, while information on potential failure risks is available early on. In addition, we have developed a targeted training package at our location – both for professional development and for structured onboarding. Moreover, the new options for straightforward online inquiries, e.g., for additional applications or hardware, were utilized. The result: less effort for you, greater transparency, and noticeably more efficient collaboration through proactive information and knowledge management.
These offers are now being actively used, and we are working to continuously improve our services for you. We will also be at your side in the coming year, providing you with optimal support through new opportunities.
