Maintenance tasks are always synchronised with live production data. Maintenance intervals are visualised online via the PROview online visualisation or the PROvis ANDON monitoring board. Maintenance tasks can also be integrated into the PROplan graphical planning board.
Providing clarity on maintenance requirements
Tools can be monitored and maintained in the same way as machines, plant components or other units. PROmaintenance provides an overview of the maintenance and repairs due for defined maintenance objects. For each maintenance task, the activities, alarm levels, strategy and maintenance objects are recorded.
