Datalogic specialises in the design and manufacture of barcode readers, mobile computers, sensors for detection, measurement and security, RFID solutions, vision systems and laser markers.

The company has a history spanning more than 50 years, during which time it has registered 1,200 patents and established research and development centres in Italy, the USA, China and Vietnam.

Today, the Datalogic Group, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, employs more than 2,900 people worldwide in 29 countries, with manufacturing and repair facilities in the USA, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy, China, Vietnam and Australia. Datalogic S.p.A. has been listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange as DAL.MI since 2001.
