Two trainees have completed their training and were taken on as permanent employees. We are delighted and proud to be part of this process and to experience these remarkable qualifications.
We congratulate Mr. Waldemar Tissen on an excellent training certificate from the office management businessman. The trained master baker had to give up his job for health reasons and started all over again. With a final grade of 1.0, he completed successfully his degree in June. We also congratulate our IT specialist for application development, Roger Espinosa, for his dedication and integration into our team. In 2014, Mr. Espinosa came from Spain to Germany with little language knowledge and the desire to complete a solid education. Today - 3 years later - he is a trained IT specialist and a permanent member of BDE Engineering.
This year we welcome 4 new apprentices for the first time. There are two office management clerks, one IT specialist for application development and for the first time one IT system clerk, who will join BDE Engineering on 01.08.2017. We are looking forward to the cooperation and welcome you to our team.
