Cookies
Our web pages use so-called 'cookies'. Cookies are small pieces of data that do not damage your device. Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are used in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, sub-para. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically faultless and optimised provision of its services. If consent has been requested for the storage of cookies and comparable identification technologies, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1, sub-para. a GDPR and Art. 25 para. 1 TDDDG); consent may be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is placed, to allow cookies only in specific instances, to refuse cookies in certain instances or generally, and to automatically delete cookies when you close your browser. If you send us an enquiry using the contact form, we will store your details from the enquiry form, including your contact details, for the purposes of processing your enquiry and any follow-up enquiries. We will not share this information without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1, sub-para. b GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1, sub-para. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. a GDPR), if this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.
We will store the data provided by you on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fulfilled). This is without prejudice to any mandatory legal requirements, in particular retention periods.
Enquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal details (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry. We will not pass on this information without your consent.
6 para. 1, sub-para. a GDPR), if this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.
The data you send us in the context of contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). 5. Analytical tools and advertising
etracker
This website uses the analytics service etracker. The provider is etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
We use etracker to analyse the behaviour of visitors to our website. For this purpose, etracker collects, among other things, your shortened IP address, geo-information (maximum city level), log files and other information that your browser transmits to our web server when you visit the website. This allows us to measure website interactions such as length of visit, conversions (e.g. registrations, orders), scrolling events, clicks and page views of the website visitor. These interactions are assigned to the website visitor for the duration of the current day so that they can be recognised on subsequent visits. At the end of the day, it is no longer possible to recognise the visitor.
No cookies will be placed on your browser or information read from your device's memory without your consent. The use of this analysis tool without cookies is based on Art. 6 par. 1, sub-para. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. The rights and fundamental freedoms of data subjects are protected. The IP address is anonymised as early as possible during the analysis with etracker and visitor recognition is only possible for the duration of the current day.
If consent has been obtained, processing will be carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. You may revoke your consent at any time.
You can deactivate etracker here:
Order processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the personal data of visitors to our website is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter details
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No other information is collected, or is collected on a voluntary basis. We use the newsletter service providers described below to process the newsletter.
Brevo
This website uses Brevo to send out newsletters. The service provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Strasse 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
Brevo is a service that can be used, among other things, to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. The information you provide when subscribing to the newsletter is stored on the servers of Sendinblue GmbH in Germany.
Data analysis with Brevo
Brevo allows us to analyse our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. Among other things, we can see which links have been clicked on the most.
We can also see whether certain pre-defined actions were taken after opening/clicking (conversion rate). For example, we can see if you made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
Brevo also allows us to cluster newsletter recipients into different categories. For example, newsletter recipients may be clustered by age, gender or location. This allows us to tailor our newsletters more closely to our target audiences.
If you do not wish to be analysed by Brevo, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link to do this in each newsletter message.
Detailed information about Brevo's features can be found at the following link: https://www.brevo.com/de/newsletter-software/.
Legal basis
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1, sub-para. a GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of any data processing already carried out.
Retention period
The information you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be removed from the newsletter distribution list when you unsubscribe from the newsletter. This does not affect any data we may hold for other purposes.
After you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your email address may be added to a blacklist by us or the newsletter service provider if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the black list will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest as defined by Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You may object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
For more information, please see Brevo's privacy policy at: https://www.brevo.com/de/datenschutz-uebersicht/ and https://www.brevo.com/de/legal/privacypolicy/.

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networking sites. The specific social networks we use are listed below.
Social networks such as Facebook, X, etc., can generally comprehensively analyse your user behaviour when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. "Like" buttons or advertising banners).
